Founder & Head of School

Welcome! I’m a passionate & dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience teaching children from Kindergarten to Grade 6, with specialized training in Special Education & Montessori Education. My teaching journey has taken me across Canada, Australia, and USA. I have extensive experience working with diverse students, including those with special needs, in both traditional and Montessori classrooms. I thrive on creating dynamic, engaging, and nurturing environments that spark curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning.

My Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Special Education – Queen’s University, Ontario
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education – Monash University, Australia (Specialized in Early Childhood)
  • Certified Montessori Directress (AMI) – Affiliated Montessori International, U.S.A.
  • Certified Elementary School Teacher – British Columbia, Alberta, and Victoria, Australia (Grades K-6)
  • Certified Early Childhood Educator – British Columbia and Alberta
  • Certified Child Development Supervisor – Alberta, Canada
  • First Aid Certification – Red Cross Canada
  • Trained in “GODLY PLAY” – A creative approach to Christian nurture in Sunday schools

Welcome! I’m Tammy, a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. My journey has equipped me with specialized skills in Montessori methods and child development, and I have a passion for creating dynamic, nurturing learning environments that inspire young minds to grow and explore.

My Qualifications:

  • Associate of Arts in Child Development – Cabrillo College, Santa Cruz, CA
  • Diploma in Montessori Methods of Teaching – Colombo Montessori Training Center
  • Over 15 years of experience working with children in various educational settings
